Orders are shipped in the order received within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders can only be cancelled while in "Preparing Product" status. Once an order moves to "Preparing for Shipment," it can no longer be cancelled as preparation for dispatch is already complete.

(※ If returning an item that originally shipped free, a round-trip shipping fee of KRW 6,000 applies.)

Before returning an item, please contact Customer Service first to arrange the return reason, courier, shipping cost, and return address, then ship the item back to us.

• Simple change of mind: within 7 days of receiving the item (return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility)
• If the item differs from its description/advertisement or the contract was not fulfilled as agreed: within 3 months of receiving the item, or within 30 days of becoming aware of the issue (return shipping fee is the seller's responsibility)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service immediately.

Returns not accepted
Items cannot be returned if their value has been impaired, if they have been used or washed, if hygiene concerns make resale difficult, or in the case of discounted items and gift cards, among others.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and confirmed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by business days depending on the payment method.
